We value our customers and are very grateful for referrals. This is why we promote such a generous return policy and why we can do so with confidence based on years of growth and happy testimonials. Products purchased directly from ES4-LIFE® may be returned to us according to the conditions stated below. We do not accept returns purchased from our authorized dealers or distributor. Products that have not been purchased directly from ES4-Life® are subject to the return policies of the reseller. Please consult with your reseller regarding their return policy and procedures. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred for return shipping of the product. We strongly suggest that you certify all shipments and obtain a tracking number. ES4-Life® is not responsible for shipments en-route to our offices.

IMPORTANT: You must call (386) 673-2964 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and Return Information Form (RIF) before returning any product, any product sent without these items will be rejected and returned to sender.

Water Ionizer Return Policy

We invite you to try out our water ionizers and enjoy the benefits for up to 60-days. We are so sure that you will be satisfied with your ES4-Life® Water Ionizer, that we offer you a 60-day money back guarantee. If at any time during the first 60 days you wish to return your unit, in like new* condition and in its original packing, we will give you a full refund less a 10% restocking fee**. Shipping fees in this case are non-refundable and are to be handled solely by the customer. Any shipping costs incurred by ES4-Life® when free shipping has been provided will also be deducted from the customer’s refund.

*Like new condition – means the ionizer is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the hoses, connectors, parts, manuals and DVD’s etc.

**For those customers purchasing ES4-Life® products through a financial institution (financing) a 20% restocking fee will apply to any returns within the 60-day period.

Air Purifier Return Policy

If at any time during the first 60-days you wish to return your unit in like new* condition and in its original packing, we will give you a full refund less a 30% restocking fee**. Shipping fees are non-refundable and are to be handled solely by the customer. Any shipping costs incurred by ES4-Life® when free shipping has been provided will also be deducted from the customer’s refund.

*Like new condition means the purifier is not scratched, damaged or broken in any way and is returned with all the, connectors, parts, and manuals etc.

**For those customers purchasing ES4-Life® products through a financial institution (financing) a 35% restocking fee will apply to any returns within the 60-day period.

Return Policy for Replacement Water Ionizer Filters & Pre-Filters

All water ionizer filter and pre-filter sales are final and there are no refunds on filters. This is due to the potential health risks associated with filters that have been outside our internal quality control. If a filter was damaged in shipping, we will send an identical part number replacement at no cost. The damaged filter must be returned to us within 10 business days in order to avoid being charged full price for it.

All air purifier cell sales are final and there are no refunds on cells. This is due to the potential health risks associated with cells that have been outside our internal quality control. Product Shipping and Acceptance Policy

All Water Ionizers and Air Purifiers shipped in the USA require an adult signature confirmation upon delivery. ES4-LIFE®, Inc. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the delivery service shipment confirmation shows that your package was delivered, please contact your local delivery service. An option to purchase delivery insurance is offered if this is a concern. ES4-LIFE®, Inc. cannot be responsible for any delay in the delivery of packages, or for delay by customs inspection of International orders.

Items other than Water Ionizers, Air Purifiers, Pre-filters, and Cells

If you have NOT used the product, and NOT broken the manufacturer’s seal on the box, you can return the products within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must he paid by the purchaser.

Important Notice

No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. Please call (386) 673-2964 for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before returning any product to ES4-Life®. For your protection, we will not accept any shipments without a valid RAN clearly labeled on the outside of the box and the Return Information Form (RIF) completely filled out and placed inside the box. This is to ensure credit is applied to the proper person. We will notify you of your refund once we have processed the returned item. You can expect a refund to be sent within (2) business days of our receiving your return.

Return Procedure

  1. The product must be returned within 10 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include the RAN with the returned product. Clearly label the RAN on the outside of the return box. No refunds or replacements will be issued without an RAN.
  2. You must complete a Return Information Form (RIF) and place it inside the box with the merchandise being returned.
  3. All product returns to ES4-Life® must be accompanied by proof or purchase, such as the original purchase receipt, invoice, copy of order or an emailed version of these confirmations.
  4. Products must be secured properly for shipping and packed appropriately. When shipping please include all accessories, cables, cds, and manuals. If you have any questions on packing procedures, please contact customer service for guidelines. Items returned with missing accessories or damages due to improper packaging are subject to higher restocking fees.

Return Authorization Number (RAN)

You must call (386) 673-2964 for a RAN before returning any product. Any product received without an RAN clearly printed on the box will be rejected and returned to sender.

Return Information Form (RIF)

You must call (386) 673-2964 for instructions on obtaining a RIF before returning any product, Returning any product without a RIF form will delay your refund while return information is obtained from the original purchaser.

Dealers Products Return Policy

Dealer purchases and packages are not returnable.

Product Acceptance Policy

Any returned product that does not meet the following criteria will not be accepted for refund and will be returned to customer.

  1. No refunds or exchanges will be issued on products that are not directly purchased from ES4-Life®.
  2. Defective upon arrival products must be returned unused with all accessories in its original packaging.
  3. Returned products must have been purchased directly from ES4-LIFE®.
  4. Returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RAN) Number. You can contact customer service at (386) 673-2964 to obtain an RAN Number.
  5. Returns must include proof of purchase.
  6. Returns must be in the original packaging, including all materials pertaining to the product, such as the cables, manuals, power cords, power supplies, software, etc.
  7. Returns must be absent of visible markings, such as ink pen, labels, Velcro, magic marker, stickers, paint, oils and grease, glue, tape, etc.
  8. Returns must be absent of physical damage, such as scratches, cracks, chips, tears, dents, compressions, etc.
  9. Returns must be returned within 10 days after issuance of a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) or the product will be refused.
